HOOD RIVER January 1 through December 31, 2006
HOURS: M-F 5:30 am til 6:00 pm, Sat. 5:30 am til 6:00 pm, Sun 5:30 am til 4:00 pm EVENT INFORMATION: Sanction # 76286, YRE 1607, 10K, Rated 2+ due to some hills. The walk takes you on Indian Creek Trail into downtown Hood River. You will go past the old Hood River Railroad, to several parks, past the courthouse and through neighborhoods. The walk would be very difficult for wheelchairs but okay for strollers. Pets okay but not in buildings. Scoop laws apply. This walk qualifies for the WOC: Courthouse, Clubs, Lewis & Clark, Park Trails, Winery. National Challenge: River Walk, L&C, Courthouses
DIRECTIOINS: East on I-84 to Hood River. Take US Hwy 30 exit – exit #62 toward W. Hood River/Westcliff Dr. Turn right onto Cascade Ave./ OR 35/US 30. Turn right onto 13th St. To State St. Park in small park across the street from the coffeehouse. |
