EVENT INFORMATION:   Daily Dawn to Dusk.  Sanction #73775, YRE 1608, 10K, Trail is rated 2+ for a significant hill to Sorosis Park and passing Columbia Community College. It is suitable for strollers and may be difficult for wheelchairs.  The walk is through historic downtown The Dalles viewing  murals and historic buildings such as the Roric House and Fort The Dalles.  Most all on sidewalks and city streets.  WOC: Lewis & Clark, colleges, and clubs.  National Challenge:  River Walk, Lewis & Clark, colleges, US Presidents

DIRECTIONS:    East on I-84 to Hood River.  Take US Hwy 30 exit – exit #62 toward W. Hood River/Westcliff Dr. Turn right onto Cascade Ave./ OR 35/US 30. Turn right onto 13th St.  To State St. Park in small park across the street from the coffeehouse.
